In 2013, we had a dream of making ridiculously incredible ice cream.

I'm Sandra, and after years of loving sweets, I discovered the art of making ice cream—falling in love with the process of tasting, adjusting, and perfecting each batch. One fateful day, I tried freezing my recipes with liquid nitrogen and everything changed.

We began selling at farmers’ markets around DC, quickly selling out and earning recognition from ZAGAT, Washingtonian, and CNN. Even today, we make everything from scratch just as I did in my home kitchen—real fruit, no pastes or extracts, just pure, honest flavor.

We’re grateful to continue serving the freshest ice cream, bringing our experience to events through catering across the DMV.
