In 2013, we had a dream of making ridiculously incredible ice cream.

My name is Sandra. I have always loved sweets. One summer, I was experimenting with ice cream in a traditional ice cream maker. I yearned to taste the ice cream as I created it; add a touch of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and taste it. However, ice cream making takes many hours to freeze a batch.

That’s when the idea of freezing ice cream with liquid nitrogen came. After hours of experimentation and hundreds of batches of ice cream, we had the freshest ice cream we had ever tasted. It went in as milk and cream and came out as ice cream moments later. It was fresh and delicious. And we used real fruit straight from our fridge - no pastes, no extracts.

That summer, we sold our ice cream at farmers’ markets and pop-ups all around Washington DC. Quickly, we were picked up by the likes of ZAGAT, Washingtonian, and CNN. We were selling out ice cream every day.

In 2014, we opened our storefront in Arlington, Virginia. To our delight, we immediately had a line of anxiously waiting customers, on our very first day! We are so blessed to be here and be serving ice cream to you. We hope you appreciate our dedication to something incredibly fresh and very delicious.
